Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice. Payments must be made before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be provided only in cases where services are not fulfilled as per the terms outlined. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed service time to be eligible for a full refund.
Aureum Elite is committed to delivering your items securely and on time. However, we do not guarantee delivery in cases where unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, natural disasters, or delays caused by third-party service providers occur. Aureum Elite is not liable for damages resulting from such delays or incidents.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UK laws. In the case of unresolved disputes, legal action may be pursued in courts within the United Kingdom.
